Availability Campaigns

A 5-step wizard that turns shift coverage into a structured request.

Employee Roster

A searchable, filterable, sortable roster with bulk import.

Full table: name, email, role badge, tier (T1/T2/T3), response rate, status
Live search across name, email, and role simultaneously
Filter by tier; sort any column ascending/descending
Add or edit employees in a modal — only name is required
CSV import supporting WIW (When I Work) headerless export format
Duplicate detection prevents double-imports on re-upload

Employee Availability Form

A mobile-optimised form employees fill out — no account needed.

Accessed via unique magic link sent with each campaign invite
Per-date cards: Available / If Needed / Not Available
Shift-preference picker (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, All Day, Flexible) appears after marking Available
Submit button stays disabled until every date has a response
Personalised greeting screen on invite-specific links ("Hi, [FirstName]")
Graceful error if the token is invalid or the campaign has closed

Roles, Permissions & Tiers — Foundry

Admin-only control panel for access and staffing classification.

System roles (Admin, Manager, Lead Supervisor, etc.) with permission matrices
Toggle individual permissions; Admin role is permanently protected
Create custom roles with a name and colour; delete custom roles with confirmation
System tiers T1 / T2 / T3 (read-only); create and delete custom tiers
Roles show employee counts and newly created roles appear with a sparkle indicator

Organisation Settings

Persistent org config and interface appearance controls.

Org name, web slug, contact email, and default timezone — all editable and persisted
Save button stays disabled when there are no unsaved changes
Roles & Permissions tab mirrors Foundry for non-admin quick access
Three themes: Dark (default), Light, High Contrast — applied instantly via html data-theme
